Mobile Action is looking for a customer-first, tech-savvy, analytical customer success manager to inspire and educate users of Mobile Action’s industry-leading mobile market intelligence products.
As a Customer Success Manager at Mobile Action, you will help educate app developers and marketing growth managers around the world on Mobile Action’s unique suite of marketing intelligence services. Your responsibilities will include becoming an App Store Optimization (ASO) expert using Mobile Action’s App Intelligence platform, on-boarding and educating new Mobile Action customers, and building strong, long-term relationships with key customer stakeholders to help drive increased awareness and adoption of new Mobile Action features and products.
BA or BS, technical, business, or statistics related field
Familiarity and passion for the mobile app ecosystem, mobile marketing techniques, and App Store Optimization (ASO)
B2B account management, project management or consulting — ideally with enterprise SaaS products and platforms
International customer support experience
Solid experience using, demonstrating or teaching professional CRM, SaaS, or other B2B hosted software services
Outstanding verbal, phone, and written communication skills
Enjoy working in small, fast-paced teams where you can take initiative and accountability, and generate results every day
Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on delighting customers
Understand mobile app economy dynamics. Own a smartphone, download apps, and actively participate in the new mobile economy
You are comfortable challenging status quo, and work to utilize a variety of resources to become a SME.
Have working knowledge of one or more remote-meeting products and understand how to build and maintain a credible, value-added presence with remote clients around the world
Comfortable with basic mobile industry metrics, statistics, and math
